Obamacare fail: It didn’t destroy employer insurance like it was supposed to

I think its very fair to understand that the implicit goal of PPACA by its designers was to subvert, undermine, and replace employer insurance as function of the coverage tax + any stipend companies wanted to throw the employees being cheaper than employer contributions to group premiums.  Well, this might be the case now…. but the exchange plans are tres inferior, and for companies to go from group to Obamacare… it’s a non-starter, puts their competitive ability to maintain a workforce at risk, they cant make that change.  For critics like me this should have been foreseeable actually, that it wouldn’t go down this way.  Its one area we did believe Ocare would have its intended effect.
